A good leader is someonewho can remain strong even in difficult and trying circumstances; someonw who is empowering those around them; and someone whois as interested in the needs of he people they work with and the larger needs of the project or the organizaiton as they are in their own needs. I think a positive attitude is essential. A good leader is consistent about bringing out the best in people and reinforcing their strengths, while also providing guidance for areas of weakness.
